I use my Grado SR60s pretty much all day and the stock pads had worn out on them.
After reading the talk of unhindered sound coming through these as an improvement, I bought these and used them for about 6 months until my ears just couldn't take it anymore.
These are great for an hour of listening here and there, but if you're going to be wearing your headphones for multiple hours a day, stick with the S-CUSH ones that cover the whole speaker, they're far more comfortable.

These replacement pads fit my older Grado SR200 phones just fine. For some reason, it is difficult to find replacement information for older Grados - not even on the Grado website. These are slightly deeper than the originals, which were flat, while these are slightly bowl-shaped, but fit and work fine. I only gave three stars for durability because they seem to be made of the same foam material as the old ones, which turned to a gray powder after a few years.

My old ones dried up and started to crumble part, so I got these to replace them. $20 is kind of steep for just pads. I have not tried any other styles of pads, so I can't make any direct comparison, but I have no problem wearing these.
